Iberico Ham "Pata Negra" Shoulder, 50% Iberico Breed, Imported from Salamanca, Spain. Produced by Jamones Blázquez in Guijuelo, Salamanca, Spain, Cured 15 Months. The average weight of ham is 11 lb. Between 20 and 25 Servings. From black Iberian pigs. Ham stand not included. Rich in monounsaturated acids and oleic oil, ham low in calories.
