A Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF) is one of the main electronic components of the fuel delivery system. It is installed between the air filter and the intake manifold of the engine. The mass air flow sensor measures the amount of air entering the engine in real time and reports to the ECU (engine control unit) computer.Then ECU will deliver the right amount of fuel through the injectors and into the combustion chambers.
